SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping and Handling charges are based on the “Ship To” address and calculated on the Merchandise Total.
In-stock phone orders, and online orders placed before 4:00 pm, are normally shipped out within 2 business days via Canada Post Expedited Service in Canada and the continental USA. Add 2 - 5 days for Canada Post to deliver to most cities in Canada. Up to 2 weeks for delivery to most USA cities.
For items not in stock, please allow 7 days for the item to be made. Add 2-5 business days for Canada Post to deliver to most cities in Canada.
When the item is shipped as a gift please let the recipient know that a package will be shipped to them. Occasionally items are returned as they are not expecting a package. This will avoid further shipping charges and delays.
